What Personal Information About Customers Does cTell Gather?

The content of your Dream Records always remains absolutely private (unless you stipulate otherwise) however, your interpretation of your Dream Records (the Precogs that you create) and related information generated by the cTell software are available within the cTell community Web site. Your cTell username and cTell email address are the sole identifiers of your identity within and/or outside of the cTell Web site.

We may be required by law or government agency to disclose both Active and Passive Information you have provided to cTell and will do so if required by law or sobpoena. 

Which Information Can I Access?

cTell gives you access to a broad range of information about your Dream Records and their interaction within the noosphere as well as a member's own personal information.

If you choose to visit cTell.com, your visit and any dispute over privacy is subject to this Notice and our Conditions of Use, including limitations on damages, arbitration of disputes, and application of the law of the state of Hawaii. Automatic Information

For security purposes cTell automatically identifies your computer by its Internet Protocol address which is a unique string of numbers that is assigned to your computer by your Internet Service Provider. Your IP address may be used to address problems with our server or administer our site or to gather broad demographic information about our users.
